"Connecting To Server.." problem

GET A ROSE CONTROL PANEL!

TURN ON MySQL FOR THE SERVER TO WORK!!

my wamp says an error when i click localhost, thats why im asking for HELP!
and i dont need server help i need acount help!!

ok ill try and explain the simplest way of doing what i said
if you still dont understand, do like the others said and go get a control panel for rose

ok first open up navicat
go to your rose database
go to the accounts table
make a new account in there
just fill in all the fields with what should go in there
write down the number you put in for the id field in the account
then come up with a password
then make a new text file
put this into it
update accounts set `password` = md5('x') where id = y;
where x is your password and y is the id number you wrote down earlier
as an example lets assume your id number is 1 and your password is password
your text file will have this in it
update accounts set `password` = md5('password') where id = 1;
once you have that done
save the text file
go into navicat again
right click on your rose database
select execute batch file
select the text file you just made
wait for the process to complete
and then try logging into the server with your password
it should work
if it doesnt, post in here and ill work it out with you how to fix it
