Connection problem with Certifier

All services is running except Certifier.exe, I am using localhost IP which I wanted to play as offline.

You need to setup ODBC as the error is pretty self explanatory.

In your odcb check your bit ;if 32x or 64x click the right one create the SQL Server Native Client 11.0
login - ACCOUNT_DBF
character01 - CHARACTER_01_DBF
log01 - LOGGING_01_DBF
ranking - RANKING_DBF

I already setup ODBC of course, as you can see some services is connected because ODBC is working but only Certifier is not.

It clearly say not connected login DB. Check everything also your path
