Connection problems on private server

We're trying to host our own private server, and ran into a bit of a brick wall. Our neuz.exe (client) is trying to connect to eFlyff instead of our IP. We've went through almost every thread on this issue, tried everything, and to no avail. We're giving up tonight, but if anyone has suggestions, I would be grateful. We'll be checking in during the morning.

I'm just the developers secretary, so I may not know exactly what is going on, but I'm trying my best to relay information to him. So thank you in advance for your help.
