Well ladies and gents. Today's the Ultrasound to determine if my wife gets induced, or if we have to wait an extra 10 days. Appointment is in 2 1/2 hours, so we're heading out now. I'll post results later. For all you religious mofos....

We have to go back in on Monday to decide what's going to happen because the doctor that decides if she is getting induced or not wasn't in. So... yea, it's gay.

Extremely sorry for triple posting. Apparently I'm the only one who posts in here. Well regardless, here's the update. The doctor on Friday wasn't in, so they couldn't decide if my wife was going to be induced. Today, we have a set appointment with him, so we will definitely be seen... or I'm flipping out. Anyways, we find out today if she gets induced or if we have to wait 6 more days. If they say no today, and he doesn't come out on his own, then most likely he will come out on the 27th. Most doctors wait 10 days after the due date to initiate, if they feel the baby can come on his/her own. Idk... it's been stressful as hell, just waiting and waiting... seeing my wife in pain at night from rolling over. So, I am sorry if I have offended anyone lately.
 
UPDATE: We went to the hospital for the appointment and were monitored. After being monitored, they said to come back on the 24th for another examination. So... we went to our O.B. appointment (2 appointments in 1 day, it sucks lol) and after we told the O.B. what the hospital said, she gave us some pretty good news. Apparently this morning, she sent in a request to have my wife induced on the 23rd. We will find out tomorrow morning if we got approved. Basically, it gets decided by priority (how far along the mother is pregnant, or if the child is at risk of something), so if we can't get it for the 23rd, there's a good chance it will be the 24th. When a pregnant woman is induced, generally the baby arrives within 24 hours, so we're pretty god damn excited because there's a very good chance he will be here for Christmas!!!

Oh... and in case anyone was wondering, another reason she requested my wife to be induced is because my son is estimated to weigh.... dun dun dun........

Yea... he's a big fuggin baby lmfao. I swear, he's gonna be a damn football player when he gets older xD So there's the update, and needless to say, we are very excited about this!
 
a congratulations is in order since i never gave you one so CONGRATULATIONS ON ALMOST BEING A DADDYYY.

Also; i can't tell where his lips/nose are. I hate ultrasounds since i can never really understand what is where @.@ once in elementary school my teacher brought a ultrasound to the classroom and i couldnt seen him so i pointed at a random part and said IS THIS IT?!...aparrently not if ya know whut i mean. god i was so embarrassed.

What a nice christmas present, congratulations. At at the second ultra sound picture in the top left corner, is that the G-E money symbol? Do they advertise in Ultrasounds now? LOL Devon's a unique name, never heard of it.

I wouldn't so much as say it's advertising as it is more like labeling. Any toy you buy, and the majority of all products have a label (brand) on them that says who made them. In this case, GE is saying they make the film sheets. They also made the Ultrasound machines. And thank you. His name is pronounced Dev-in.
 
Congratulations, hope you'll enjoy fatherhood. I don't mean to cause any offense, but I don't see his nose/lips even in your labelled ultrasound scan. But it's only a matter of time now, look at it this way if he's born on Christmas, you can kill two birds with one stone when buying his presents :P
 
Well, I'm off to take a shower, then to bed. My wife and I will be getting up at 7:30 am because the hospital can call us at any random time for us to go in so woot!!!! MY BABY BOY IS COMING!!!!!!!! THANK YOU SANTA YOU FAT BASTAGE!!!!! lmfao I won't be able to come on here and tell you guys when exactly she goes into labor, but best believe pictures will be posted up as soon as we get home from the hospital.
