Create Character Crash! Why?

I Try to Create my Own FLyff Private Server and i finished to Setup the server, then i try to Test my Server.. but i encountered an error..

When I Create A Character my server stuck then Closed in Short.. It Crash...!
Why? can anyone fix it?...
