Create Chinese Char Name

this file is for those ppl who got problem in create chinese char name in ran
the language is write in chinese taiwan

You must be registered to see links

to work for the create chinese name u need to do this all step:
1. Inside param.ini or other ini
edit this dwLangSet to change ur ran language

//LangSet = [def=0, chn_tra=1, jp=2, kr=3, chn_sim=4, th=5, vn=6]
if u wan use chinese taiwan use 1 , and if u using chinese prc use 4...
dwLangSet = 1


2. inside ur virtual pc or other , change the language for non-Unicode programs to chinese taiwan or prc , and format also change to chinese taiwan or prc

3. change ur Mssql rangame1 database language to chinese_prc_ci_as or chinese_taiwan_ci_as , and press design at rangame1.dbo.charinfo then click charname column , down there got some setting , find default language and change it to chinese taiwan or chinese prc..

because some of the reditor using different encrypt and decrypt
