What he neglected to mention is, even though ncsoft frown upon you having an aion private server, theres nothing they can do since the emulator is nothing specific of there real server files, however if you modify the client in any way/shape or form, ncsoft will shut you're server down with immediate effect, so just be warned, those who live way way outside american jurestiction, ie...china..japan, you will be safe to modify it how you see fit.
