DDOS Attack?

Hi all,

My server was attacked more than 24 hours ago. It seems that the hacker establishes many connections (based on the log file, 300+ per second) and floods the server, causing it to crush.

Looking at the server debug, it is flooded with the message "PlayerConnect".

I am reaching out for your help.

best to get a host that has DDOS protection, your only real ddos protection is to block large scale attempts from one source, but DDOS attacks are rarely that. they normally come from multiple sources,

I've had one ddos attempt on my server in 1.5 years and 1 penetration test attempt. (they failed miserably)
