I think it's same source like on first page. It's just reuploaded.
Open build file and there should be Info about Java version. Link to it and run build.bat
I see tutorial in another tera shock emu released years ago.
Also have few tuts on YouTube as well.

Hard to say what is going on with him that days. Wish it's all good..what I watch in news they say His city was bombed when war start in Israel.
