Deleting Character

Okay, this is like, strange as ****. I bugged my character, so I tried to delete him completely from the database. I did. Logged back into my account, tried to create his name again because he was gone. It said the name was already taken. I hit accept again, it gave me the same error. I then went to the server selection screen, then to my server again. My character was created. It had a boys head, and a girls body, with no neck. I try to log-in, and the bank pin didn't work, so I tried '1234' and it worked. Thing is, when I dual log, it tells me that this character isn't connected, or that it doesn't exist. Basically, how do I completely delete all characters? It's just a test server, so there are no other players. Every single name I try to take, it says that it's taken, then I do what I said above, and it's there, with a boy head, girl body, and it doesn't appear to exist in game to anyone else.

Delete it in the Character Table, Inventory, Inventory_EXT Table.

Unless you did anything else with it, it should be gone with that.
