It's better than text links xD And it's not an image, it's a CSS-modified button = harder to make pretty but faster loading

I thought so.... And yeah, it definitely looks better in the dark. However, you need to consider if you want this CMS for its aesthetics, or its speed

Not secured I already XSS'ed the site and just so you know, User Cookies can be Hijacked heres my proof on me running a XSS on your CMS,

Looks nice, all except for the buttons. User CP, Vote, etc. Some nice gimp/photoshop buttons with nice rollover effects would look lovely
