Development aid needed for Unlimited Ninja / Ninja Classic / Anime Ninja private server

I am interested in reverse engineering this Flash game and to recreate the backend from scratch so i am looking for other people that are interested into this to help me speed up development.

I had already downloaded all client assets and researched the network protocol for the client/server communications and how the client assets/configuration files are loaded from the .bin files.

I'd like to know how to make a private server about this, I have no clues about how it works tho T^T I just know how to code in Python and C, nothing else so... I'm basically useless, but I'd like to help for this
