[Development? Release?] MRS File Format Stuff

I have no idea what to call this. Anyway, I don't plan on touching the mrs file format anymore and if I do it will be from scratch.

So I'm releasing everything I've ever done with it. Maybe someone can find some use. I basically want to delete all this =P

Note: Don't complain about messy code, I got real unorganized with this project.

I not the programmer. And the help of the knowing is necessary to me. gunz.exe has a decoding key mrs files(img #1) how to learn a key for enciphering. Below a picture, I wish to understand. It is 1 more method of protection the client of a part.
