Your all just digging the hole deeper and deeper by making retro's.... Everyone by now should know the copyright laws of sulake.

1- Any emulator of the hotel is against the law and actions will be used if cought without rights and proper papers...

But im sure of one thing, there should be LESS retros, just like 5. On every server there are like 10ppl now
 
make a server so onli ur friends can play then no1 will no bout it like no affence but habbocms wasnt invisible it was gunna get caught sooner or l8er
 
i dont see the harm of having a server? is it hurting anyone? not like the kids that play them are actually paying you to pay like sulake, theyre just scared because eople get free credits etc.. and sulake makes us pay, sulake can burn in helll i dont think they'll be around in 5 years lol
 
Sulake is loosing money, that's the 'problem' (for them) :O
Nah, just keep making Retros, they can't stop everybody :P
 
They never really find out about a server till some idiot go's and reports the server

Firstly, what you wrote isn't a LAW, Sulake isn't a government and they don't pass LAWS.

Secondly the only reference to emulators is in the Terms and Conditions, so Sulake can only do something if they can prove you're registered on their site otherwise feel free to make a retro, just don't host the DCR's

1.10 Habbo Hotel has been designed for use only on the Service. The Software is licensed for your use on the Service only. Sulake UK Ltd does not grant you a licence to use the Software for any other purpose. You agree to use Habbo Hotel only on the Service and not through any other means. You further agree not to create or provide any other means through which others may use Habbo Hotel, for example, through server emulators. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, including any proprietary communications protocol used by the Software.

Yes, I was oging to post this too.
Surely only if you have signed up to Habbo Hotel you are agreeing to the Terms of Service - If you haven't, then you don't have to agree to their terms of service whatsoever.
