DMN CMS Server Status Offline

Hello,

Does anyone know how to fix the Offline status in website?

already configured in Server List Manager
1. GameServer IP
2. GameServer Port
3. GameServer Name

using a Cpanel for the webhosting

gameserver name - ServerName column based on this query:
SELECT ServerName FROM MuOnline.dbo.MEMB_STAT

Thanks for the input, the port was closed at the cPanel and they opened it now.
