Dualblade skills unmaxed ? [v117]

Does anyone know why does Dualblade skills keep getting un-maxed after relog / reborn / enter of CS ?

( Unmaxed as in after maxed out a certain skill it goes back to 0 and needed to be maxed again )

Most source I tried have this same problem .

The skills aren't being saved..

you should check SaveToDB, AddSkillInfo and the SkillsHandler.
