lol, it does exist... just hasn't been released. Anyway, I've been working on a program that can extract and reinject the textures from EBM files. It will allow you to reskin armour, weapons, and body parts (hair, face, unarmoured body, etc). The program itself is finished, but I've still gotta locate all the offsets and filesizes of the textures, which might take me a while... I'll release when it's done. Oh, and before any of you say shit like "you're lieing" or "go to hell u poser," here's some screenshots as proof:

P.S. I have yet to figure out the 3d mesh format. All I can tell is that it looks mostly unencrypted, as the Bip node names are clearly visible in the file... I hope to make progress on this soon.

yeah i think this guys is a leecher too i think his from another forum. Cause i saw him i wont say the name of the forum but i did see alot of leeched files without credits and saying that they made it. Get the fuck out of here fuckin leecher

This forum has been riddled with CABAL advertisements and so last weekend I've had time to work on the EBM format using a hex editor, thus far, but eventually I will need to load up the game to gather further details. It's easy to visualize the data segments once you've been through the routine as many times as I have. This is the temporary script I've wrote for testing before I go out and invest what little time I have on writing Blender importers and exporters. Note: The file name is hard coded if anyone is wanting to test it out.

Yup, eventually the script will crap out because I don't bother to check for EOF or catch any i/o errors. I'm just sharing what I've done so far, and all that has been is fooling around.
