does anyone know how to edit song for Ragnarok 2 ?

You have to extract the .RMP files, then replace the specific .ogg files with your own using the correct codec, bitrate and such, then repack them into a .RMP file.

You have to decrypt them and unpack them, and then take the files and repack them, meaning you need to write a program to do just that. These are all proprietary file types and encryption.

I am not sharing any programs my team had to create as others existed and were only available to that server's developer. If you want to put the time and effort into making an actual RO2: GotW server you can do the same thing everyone else must do.
