Anyone knows how to change the drop rate on all quest dungeon items like "ring of evil spirit" for mergaheph ring quest, killian's ring, and other charbind accessories...

you'll need to find the respective item in worlddrop.scp and change the drop rate:
be aware... accumulated drop rate of all items from one dungeon mob should not exeed 100%!
Otherwise you'll get unexpected results!
