eMux Automatic Reset (authserver.conf) 2013

The problem that has been bugging me is that eMux somehow is automatically resetting the "authserver.conf" file in the TrinityCore folder. I need to change the port from: 3724 to port: 3309. I cannot do it since the program automatically replaces the file. :$:

I need immediate assistance.
