Entering TW instance

good day! hoping to find a solution or a lead here for this one. using 155 343 release.

server's been up for a while, and all is well. except a certain faction unable to enter TW instance (on schedule or using command to force-start it). the land for the faction's members is greyed out on map when trying to enter its instance. another faction can normally enter and the whole process work as intended. only difference is the land that can't be entered is owned by another faction already, while the ones that works normally are not owned by any.

logs shows 0 related errors, and faction's db info looks good. is there some kind of limit on how many lands one faction can own?
any info or lead for a solution is very much appreciated.

All naturally, until this issue happened. then I used command to start it.

It’s possible that not all battle maps have been launched. Make sure to launch all the dungeons: bg01 bg02 bg03 bg04 bg05 bg06.
And be sure to restart `gdeliveryd` after launching the territory war zone.

bg1-6 maps are up already, as I start all maps after server reboots. will try restarting gdeliveryd and report back. thank you!
