Your Problem is RFacc.ini cannot connect to database.
Check it again and make sure all configuration in RFacc.ini is complete and connected to your database.

See RFacc.log to check all error about RFacc.ini.

maybe you can search before asking

Check your .ini files and setup the sql info. if "you dont no sir" then search!
