Error message: Not a Valid Win32 Application after editing Update.exe with hex workshop 5

can someone tell me whats going on

here it is

when editing the hex,,remember not to leave a space..
if there is unused letter, change it to 0,,
remember to put "0" in the left side instead you put point mark (.) in the right side to fill the unused space..
