Error SQL: code page 949 not supported

Hello,

I have an error at SQL when i want to restore my auth. ( see the pic )



I'm using SQL 2000 now..
I allready tried SQL 2005. But the same error..

Using Windows Vista 32 Bit.

Does someone knows how to fix this?

try reinstall the problem is alway's hard to find

I reinstalled like 5 times,
everytime due the installing,
I get a error of the IIS
