error with multisell L2J

i made my good shop...but i got this error when i push on armors or weapons etc..
how to fix this dunno what's wrong...htmls are good and multisell is good...i will share the shop if i repair this!!!

on 3 serverpacks the same i absolutely can't look at multisell!!!!it don't opens puts that error...
