I wonder if we can make an exchange system on Shire(Cat) for these vip(7) capsules and vvip capsules that buy at Strange Traveler in Rocheste. Because those need to exchange for the real things to work. I can't see to find it under ShopInfor tables. I type on VIP nor vvip and only a few shown then I push them in-game but none of them matched the ones at stranger traveler shop.
I hope next updates from your DBs would fix those.

I'm talking about the "URL of EndPoint.txt"
Tannaka's DB uses private.vindictus.server.com as DNS
Edit the URL in heroscontents.db3 or redirect DNS to 192.168.0.200
Avatar list still not perfect at all, you need to fix it yourself.

add yourip private.vindictus.server.com to your host files instead... I have try to edit it but cant. I think the problem come from bin file, not only db3 file

Apparently you are kidding me...
First, The endpoint feature is for client side to get the server information, you don't need to modify the endpoint feature on server side.
Second, did you notice that column should be "URL" not "Directory" ? set it to the host where your Endpoint is.

of course, that is the basic principle, a common sense.
I'm just trying to solve the problem case by case, idea is to make things easier for him to realize.
after he solved the basic login problem, he surely should make db3 sync as well
I'm just telling him not all variable in DB3 will be use by server,
he should set URL on client side db to make it right.
because the endpoint variable only effect the client side, it's a client side issue.
anyway, argue at this point is not really necessary, have a nice day

You can find Tannaka's released EU 1.69 client or grab that clean one from released section. There's only 1 TW server files have been released. So, you just need to replace it from Tannaka
It's simple as drag n drop or replaced your old files first.
