He's meant to be an exchange npc, mesos for items, and the other way around.It have basicaly nothing to do with Zakum .

eh the guy is a noob and didn't really do anything too wrong. the code was in a php tag, probably why he thought it was a php code. only tell people to **** off after repeatedly being an idiot, when the insult you, or if they are just huge morons.
