Explanation of koem v2

Hello there..
i was trying to gain some information about KOEM V2
i hope if some one has a small definition of KOEM which helps to understand what does it mean and what is it for..
one more request please. i was looking at tutorials for some armor, weaps but i didn't find.
i am still learning how to add a new stuff as selfaddon but i hope if u help with bringing me some armors and weaps, ty ^^

Solii its already hacked and not used now anymore ...
beside most of server nowadays became with new engine , so its crap as zig said

new engine is enough then..

Yes as the koem v2 can't be added on new engine , also you need a good add-ons for protection too not only new engine alone
