Extornia's EP8 Repack v1.0 & Fully Clean EP8 Databases - Fix Released

This repack will function properly on CentOS 5.x! When you start the installation process it asks you if you use 32bit or 64bit. I can't guarrantee if it will or will not work on CentOS 4.x.

Tutorial:
1. Extract all the files to /root
2. Run chmod 0700 cabal_install.sh
3. Run ./cabal_install.sh
4. Follow the installation process

This repack would not be possible if not for the following people: Justin Bieber (ofcourse not the real one), x30unlimited, Mundus & chumpywumpy (I used TPD's repack as a base to help me save time, hopefully you won't murder me)

Note: EP8 files only function on a physical machine or latest virtual box!

Waiting for E8DB setup guide. Anybody can make it?

I might have time to make the clean databases with logs also cleaned and to make a tutorial. I first want to make a video tutorial on setting up this repack.

Post all of your logs here (zip it then upload). Also is this with the repack?

no..only manual,if ill use your repack will work 100% on vbox and centos 5.8?i wont lose my files that i worked on ^.^

It should work, however its best to backup any modifications you did, then delete anything installed (the binaries, the /etc/cabal folder and /cabal/home). Then follow the installation process. Although, upload all of your logs and post them here, I want to see.

Good that 32bit works perfectly aswell. I did not have the chance of testing it on 32bit, only 64bit.

Also related to the repack I realize for now it is very simple. It gives you a few options, but that will change. As soon as I'm able to spend more time I will make it more dynamic-ish like TDP allowing changing of rates, etc.

Check AuthDBAgent, it also errors out: [Sat Jan 26 2013 11:39:45.101272 3076230032]: [##ERROR##] wrong server type: 253

What kind of changes have you done? If you are not sure and don't know how to revert them, then simply use the repack.
