Failed to create empty document

: I still got this error, I don't know what I need to change on my rfacc.ini. I try to make C:\Work\History and C:\Work\HBK, but still not working. I FALSE the fireguard and its still not working.
I know this error has been answer a thousand times, but I don't know the answer.
Can someone help me?

theres a log in zoneserver folder, try to open it and find what's your problem

I know man, I search it like 2days, and I found rfacc.ini, fireguard, and .ini file(specific).
