Fake DMCA?

Hello, I keep recieving these DMCA from "Sulake" which I think is fake but my hosting company keeps asking me to solve it.

I am pretty sure this is fake but how can I verify that this is fake to them?

It's a fake, their Fax is actually a phone number:

Minor detail, but companies always use a different phone and fax number from my experience.

If this is coming from your hosting company, I'm sure they've checked the headers of the email they received, so it's not fake. If this is coming directly from "sulake", then check the email headers.

You're totally right. Imagine hosting a legal website on a server at that host. Some kid could just mail them, saying it's a habbo retro and they would just shut your VPS down, LMAO.
