Fellows speed

Hi everyone ,

i have problem with Fellows run speed i tryed to change it but i can't can someone telling me how i change all Fellows speed because they are slow

The red shown lines are giving you the fellow speed. Good speed is 150~200.

You can change it on database ->"RefObjCommon".
I don't have any query to change it fast, sry.
