You have to download all 3 parts, and combine them together with hjsplit.

i did that but when i did it it's say a ERROR so i change the file to a .zip and it said file broken and damged

It will say .001 .002 and .003. Thats the correction extenstion. Download a program called HJSPLIT which will combine them into one big rar file.

Its probably because you changed the names to rars.
