FireCoderz? Sounds like a weird name for a coding group.

The whole idea doesn't sound really thought-through. What do you want to achieve with a massive Skype group full of coders, which projects, which coding languages, where do the projects come from, etc. Also how do we know what your skills are? Maybe you just let everyone else create your ideas?

I'm sorry, but I find it very weird.
