My Thoughts:

You've overused the stripe overlay brush / thing you're using on your websites. It doesn't always look good, and in many cases (The Aion One) it doesn't look good.

Its really good for your first. Really.

But, you haven't picked a very good choice of font have you xD I think the overall design idea is great, especially on the second one.. If you keep at it for a while, you will surely be a good designer, trust me.
