i doubt people will use as a cms just use parts as addons i still wanted to put another month or so into it but no one was nice enough to give me stable uber to have a test hotel up with it

Yes, this is kind of '2005' design. And, from the comments, it doesn't sound like it performs.

So, is it tpl-replacement then? That's a little peculiar. Did he upload the whole 'altered uber' files, inc. uberCms (Old)?

If it isn't actually uberCms, I was going to use it as a base to re-design it, and make it less-ugly and more habbo like.

Overall rating, however; 6/10. Had the initiative and drive to do it, but, either couldn't code the rest or just didn't have time.

For me, it'd be a bit of both. I'm not a code-dictionary, but I get by
