Hello,
Can't you create ships or defenses exept when you put your rates very high? Do they disapear when you reload the page? Do they never apear on you fleet page?
Well here is the solution.
Download the attachment and replace the file with your old HandleElementBuildingQeueqe.php (./includes/functions/)
Credits go to the Xnova team itself solving the bug in the beta of 2009.3 (wich is never released).
