Did you even check to see if that NPC has a script? Did you check to locate the npc folder? Did you get it from original rls or that other "working" one where someone just did the sql

LOL face palm, dude he just told you what to do. Source>Scripts>NPC>id #. Check if the NPC even has a a functional script/ even meant to do something.

I don't know in this situation since I wouldn't be using this source, too buggy/lazy to fix.
