Flash help needed

I am making a web site, and I was wondering fit here is a way to make a web site slowly fade in using flash? I am asking because I am going to do a onlick function on my nav buttons so it will play a static filled screen in an Iframe ...
To get a better view of why I am thinking this I put up what I have done on the site at http://revolution.3lo.net/

Any help is greatly appreciated

Use dhtml...it has good transition functions.

or you can use flashvars, a motion tween and alpha blending in the tween.

Id go with the flash. Easy to control and simple to create.
