is it possible to make my own flyff offline?

reason: i want to test out some stuffs and i would like to experience what is like to be a GM. ( Lol )

PS: i dont have any background in programming. so please dont flame. if you can or cant help me thanks.

PPS: a spoonfeed guide would make it easy for me. sorry for the hussle.

You should start by scanning the release section.

What you need to do is first of all search for server files. You can find files at release section. (Links below). And then you need to setup your server. If you want to make your server online/public you need to portforward otherwise it won't work. But you said, that you want to learn. Don't worry, after you got your server files, you need to edit all the configs .inis to local ip. So you only can connect. I got alot of guides on my channel ( on youtube ). If you got more questions, feel free to ask. Trust me it's not hard to try make a GM account. And If you don't understand nofthing. On how to setup a flyff private server. Feel free to watch my tutorials on how to setup a flyff server. I got also tutorials on how to use a gm commands (; (It's easy to use it ) It's only a tool.

also what version of flyff is good to start with?is v18 less bugs? would be good if all bugs are fix thanks.
