Just curios if anyone knows gain weight diet.
I need like 20-40lb. I have weight loose diet but i need to gain weight lol.
Maybe like with list of what to eat daily.

P.S. I dont wanna get fat, I wanna get a bit of weight. Please know the difference

Lots of protein i would imagine... and stay away from carbs cos that will fill you up and you'll start eating less.

But when you gain weight, you're gaining extra fat... there aren't gonna be specific foods which are going to instant turn into muscle you know, you're gonna have to do that yourself with exercise.

Lots and lots of soda. Seriously. My wifes sister used to be the girl every guy wanted to date, weighted like 110... now the heffer weighs more than me because of non stop drinking soda.

Well, My bro who is 11, well He doesn't eat a lot but hes ate 10 brownies in 1 day and gangs like 5 pounds. The next day he ways the same as he did before... he was 75 pounds after the brownies now hes back to 70... Weird, Well i eat Vegetable beef soup that gets me healthy.

Edit: Im eating some soup right now

Clearly you don't grasp the concept of children having an increased metabolism.

I think eating healthy is good.. I like beef soup.

What I would do is the next time u go to the doctor is ask "Is there a possible way that I can gang weight without gaining a lot of fat?" And if he says eat healthy or so just do what he says or ask your parents or have them call the doctor "If your around 14-16 or so"

are you sure you need to gain weight? If so what for?

Your body weighs what it does because of its composition, things like bone density, your water retention, amount of fat, amount of muscle etc etc

Most people want to look bigger to raise their self esteem, often they lower their health in the process so don't just do anything to gain weight. The way you eat and move will change your weight

btw rish dont buy into the protein myth, we dont need nearly as much as we are marketed ;)

Well I see weight as two things.

One weight for working out, like you gain a bit of weight everywhere.
And I see a weight as a fat weight. Which can be gained from fastfood and stuff

What I am trying to do is get 20-30lb like normally with organic food

I didn't say he needed it, i said that if he wants to gain weight then more protein would help... you can't exactly gain a whole lot of weight from eating cabbage and carrots lol.

You just answered your own question.

The weight you gain from "working out" is muscle. All other weight gain is either water, or fat.

Doesn't mater what kind of food it is, your body will turn it into fat... your body will gain weight in proportion to the way your bones are developing, don't try to force it.

This is what i advice to you !

LOL, that way he will be fast , and he doesn't wan to be fat!

Will he be fast or fat? Make up your mind. Seems to me like they contradict eachother.

However, eating every hour is actually an extremely successful way of losing weight. Don't eat full meals, but instead eat multiple extremely light "snacks" (celery/carrots/crackers/sushi/ect) throughout the entire day. You are constantly eating so you don't feel hungry, and they are filling but light so you aren't gaining any sugar or fat from them.

If you want to gain muscle, eat a high protein and low carb diet, though you should have a pre-workout meal packed with carbs. Eat around 6 small meals per day, that way you're constantly digesting throughout the day as opposed to 3 large meals. Make sure you train hard too, I'm not going to post my workout routine, but go to bodybuilding.com and put together a routine from there. I don't know if you're looking for protein powder, but the stuff from places like Holland and Barretts tastes horrible, so don't be put off by that crap, the best tasting stuff I got was from myprotein.co.uk
Sorry if that wasn't clear, I've literally just woke up 5 minutes ago.

GOMAD; GOMAD: How to Gain 25lbs in 25 Days with Squats & Milk | StrongLifts.com

How crazy this sounds, but if you keep your eating pattern the same (which, I assume, is good already) and add the milk with it; guaranteed results. It even worked for me, and I used to be pretty lightweight (145lbs, 5"10--> 160lbs with maxing 2 liters a day, 4 liter is still a bit too crazy lol)

I forgot to mention, you should aim to consume around 1-1.5g of protein for every 1lb. of your body weight. As for the post above, it seems like a good method, the last order I placed on myprotein.co.uk I bought milk protein powder, 20% whey (fast digesting) and 80% caseine (slow digesting), I make a shake of that every night and every rest day.

EDIT: Tin-cans of tuna are a God send too. I eat about 2 cans a day lol, I love the stuff.

-yoghurt (0.5 - 1 kg a day)
-low fat milk (lots of it)
-chicken eggs (don't eat more then 1 egg yolk a day)
-meat (chicken meat for example)
-some fruits and vegetables (don't eat too much of it too)

some things you could eat next to what you are already eating :p

and don't forget to exercise :p because else most of this food will just be stored as fat in your body :p
