Is the a rfepository for these anywhere? They would be nice for adding quests back in.

The best way to do it is using the oldest version leaked, in this case is 31.04 client/server. You must extract QuestData, QuestCompensationData from server and the same for client.

I think you will find huge differences between quest files 17.32 vs 31.04, so you have to parse, then start to trial and error.

There are not server files for 17.32, that's why i'm suggesting using 31.04 files.
