General Craft

I made some custom fragments base on Chaos Frags/Divine Frags but after I added it on common grade part of craft which is the General, my item can't be added or registered even if I sync it carefully from cabal.dec to craft.scp. As you can see below, it's still 0 while I have 1 item of it.

might be option 128 not 1

might be option 128 not 1

I fixed it, it needs to be option 0 and count would be the amount even if the item uses option.

depends on the cabal_msg, check on qtem part
