getting some things straight L2O

ok so i wanted to start my own server, not necesarily for public. but ok. i read some things here and found out that all privat servers dont are really c3, but c1 with c3 files. so do i need to download c1 server files and install those. but where can i get the c3 files? and which guide could i follow the best to get a c3 privat server?

Go for the C2 "Full" ones. All the other links are broken anyway

Why do you want c1 files... you should be looking for c3/c4 files now mate
