But it's still shut down

Make it every 30 mins, it should work!
Also i strongly recommend you to check that space on ur hard drive! This can be caused by not enough space inside machine for the logs to be created!
As time goes by, the logs becomes highly increased in disk space!

The disk space is sufficient, 65% remaining
1 hour to execute GlobalMgrSvr start, but it is still shut down.

Have u checked other logs beside the GlobalMgrSvr's one?
There's something wrong with the configuration of files, it should give some error's in other logs too check the times of the logs when it crashes and look around in other logs for the same time.
Maybe a starting channel at a certain time you've set the CRON to start it.
