Gm Helper

[Moofhead]

This is my first contribute and I hope you guys enjoy it. It's a basic program. Almost like a Gm Tool. So its a program I finished up. It lets you do many things. This is the first version so it doesn't contain anything. It should help Gms and kind of ways.

What it Includes: (2)
- Custom SQL Shop Maker
- NPC Ids

Requires:
- Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5

So far. I am working on v.02. Which perhaps more things.
Maybe:
- Hamachi Spammer :busted_co
- More IDs and Notepad Resources :2gunsfiring_v1:

hmmm...GM Tool is better! There is nothing in this except a Navigation to make a shop...add more functions and add some pictures
