Its clearly telling the error that file named "NomadMemory.au3" is not present in the current directory. Its a third party library which you may get if you search in Google.

And By the way, Friendly suggestion : Displaying message on every 2 seconds is bad idea.
Both for server and player..
It will be a bad spam.
Cause this tool sends message to A specific offset of Zoneserver. ZS process will require to allocate memory for this function every 2 secs.

Might result in delay in other work !
