Im new here and i have the same problem. You can fix it adding your IP to the GM IP table on your SQL DB, i tried but it gave me error. There is a post about change IP to another format but i dont get it. I hope someone can post why we need to do.

Exec dbo.add_gm_ip '1.1.1.1','255.255.255.255'

Error because it is not the correct type. You try convert you IP to integer and fix again.
example
Your Ip = 192.168.1.10
convert to integer = 3232235786
you can input new interger to DB now
