your problem is that " <??> " or you call it short open tag is not working in your webserver so kindly refer to this if you are using iis

why should i retitle it's complete and compatible. i only remove some features which my client/partner still using full features of this cpanel , like capsule/jacktpot , redeem code, and etc. admin panel is readable if you know how to make it works. for gmc you just need to recorect database name and your xml gmc that's not bigdeal.

there is no such install.php on this release. to configure your server, check out at config.php and web.php
