There are only two prior and very very short guides ever written even mentioning this function before, one of them with no pictures and the offsets and functions are totally off from what is in recent clients. This quick, easy, simply guide will empower anyone on this forum to take an un-hexprotected client and change the field effects for every field. (Sorry, no Rain--couldn't find it no matter how much testing I did.)

Tutorial:
1) Open OllyDBG 2.0
2) File > go to your Game.exe and Open.
3) Right click in CPU - Main thread box and select search for > all referenced strings.
4) Ctrl + F and type pilai in search box with search direction being ticked for entire block.
5)You'll be taken to the highlighted offset below, double left click on it to expand it:
PUSH OFFSET 0063A3AC pilai.ase
6) 8 lines below it, modify the very end of MOV DWORD PTR DS: [9480BC],34 and replace with the number from the list below by double clicking the line and ensuring the boxes for Keep Size and Fill rest with NOPs are enabled and click assemble.
7) Then right click > edit > copy all modifications to executable. Right click into the new game.exe window popped up with memory addresses and right click, save file, yes, specify desired .exe name and save.

Changed example: MOV DWORD PTR DS: [9480BC],24

Field Effects List:
Field Effects: 01 - Midnight blue background with white twinkle star night sky
Field Effects: 02 - Bright blue sky and white clouds with a slight blue tint.
Field Effects: 03 - Stone Mountain BG.

Field Effects: 09 - dark brown mountain range with brown and blue sky and white clouds
Field Effects: 10 - complete grey clouds overlay and skies filled with them, like a swirling storm like a tornado.

Field Effects: 12 - DEFAULT NUMBER, STANDARD CLIENT FIELD EFFECT.
Field Effects: 13 - Orange Sunny Background with pink sky and white clouds

Field Effects: 22 - Fire meteor rain effect
Field Effects: 23 - Lighter Cloudy Skies and snow with pure murky grey bg.
Field Effects: 24 - Cloudy Skies and snow with bit of purple haze in bg.
Field Effects: 25 - Dark Skies and snow.
Field Effects: 26 - Similar to field effect 18 but larger clouds and more purple haze overcast with larger light blue clouds.
Field Effects: 27 - purple background, light blue sky with grey clouds, large rising sun in background.
Field Effects: 28 - Navy blue night sky with bright blue stars and large blue crescent moon.
Field Effects: 29 - Artic silver sky with white fog background.
Field Effects: 30 - Tornado 2 - Swirling dark clouds with slight blue sky peeking through.
Field Effects: 31 - Rocky mountain range with purple hue and night blue sky with twinkling orange stars.

Note 1: Effects will fade for sunset animations and disappear for the night cycle!
Note 2: Works for ALL fields in game.exe
Note 3: This does NOT have to be done in Server.exe

I spent hours digging through the client for this ONE thing that was never clearly explained or spelled out. Its time the community stepped up and standardized better, and it starts right here.

If the playback power is over 40.0, the connection with the server is lost.
Energy
Muscle
Life
Regenerative power
Does anyone know the maximum offset value?
